AIRYBO Refund Policy

AIRYBO™ is a product of B'tle LLC. Subscriptions are sold through our payment provider, named at checkout.
First-time purchases — 30-day money-back guarantee
Your first purchase of an AIRYBO subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of that first charge — no conditions, no questions. This guarantee applies once per customer, per subscription product.
Monthly subscriptions and renewals
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Renewal charges are not refundable, except where the law of your country provides otherwise. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then. No partial-month refunds are issued for time remaining after cancellation.
Annual subscriptions and renewals
Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year until you cancel. A reminder is sent before each annual renewal. If an annual subscription renews and you did not intend it to, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and it will be refunded in full. After 14 days, annual renewal charges are not refundable, except where the law of your country provides otherwise.
Cancelling is not the same as refunding
Cancelling stops future charges; it never claws back access you've already paid for. When a cancelled subscription reaches the end of its paid period, your account remains yours and continues on the free Access tier — no charge, no obligation. Content that exceeded free-tier limits follows the Service's standard expiry and deletion rules. From there, two paths are always open, both from your account page: resubscribe whenever you like, or — if you'd rather leave AIRYBO entirely — delete your account, which is permanent and follows the Service's standard deletion rules.
How to request a refund
Email support@airybo.com with the email address on your account, or contact the payment provider named at checkout (the seller of record on your invoice) directly. Refunds are processed by our payment provider to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
